Tijuana's Cultural Center is the inSite's homebase in Tijuana. Opening day there was a screening of Itzel Martinez's project "Ciudad recuperacion (Recovery City)," in which the video camera is handed over to adolescent womeb in a drug-rehabilitation program to tell their stories.
